As energy use reduction specialists, carbonblue have an excellent understanding of environmental impacts and how to reduce them.

We recognise that our activities have an effect on the environment, both through our internal operations and through our work with and influence over clients.

Policy

carbonblue will implement following policies internally. Wherever possible we will encourage and work with client organisations to achieve the same ends.

• Improve general standards of Environmental Management.
• Ensure compliance with current environmental legislation and codes of practice.
• Take steps to minimise waste, prevent pollution, and pursue good practice in our installation activities.
• Conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources while still providing a safe and comfortable office environment to work in.
• Reduce waste through re-use and recycling and by using refurbished and recycled products and materials where such alternatives are economical and suitable.
• Phase out the use of ozone depleting substances, minimising the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds, vehicle emissions and other substances damaging to health and the environment.
• Demonstrate that environmental issues are considered when making decisions, planning, developing or undertaking projects.
